Who doesn’t love free food? & even better, free Breakfast! Below is a list of restaurants that offer free breakfast to help you celebrate your birthday! All rewards pages have been linked for easy sign-up.
1. Denny’s (Sign-Up)
Join Denny’s Rewards in order to cash in a FREE Grand Slam for your birthday. This deal is valid only on the date of your actual birthday. The Grand Slam includes pancakes (2), eggs (2), bacon (2), sausage links (2) along with hash browns (or another choice of bread) and coffee/juice. Start your special day off right by hitting it out of the park!
2. iHop (Sign-Up)
MyHop is the customer rewards program that gives a free stack of pancakes on the day of your birthday. Sign up to start earning rewards points and be eligible for their birthday promotion. Through MyHop you will also earn a stack of pancakes for signing up and every anniversary of signing up.
3. Einstein Bagels (Sign-Up)
My favorite breakfast birthday freebie is the free egg sandwich offer from Einstein Bagels. This offer is valid for 14 days and needs to include another menu item. Schmear Society also offers a free bagel and schmear with purchase at the time of registration. Download the app for an easy way to redeem coupons and earn points.
Free Lunch on Your Birthday
Follow up your free birthday breakfast with a free birthday lunch! Some offers require celebrating with a friend so make sure to bring someone with you in order to redeem your birthday meal.
1. Jersey Mikes (Sign-Up)
When you sign up for Jersey Mike’s email club you are eligible for a FREE regular sub and 22 oz drink. Offer is valid any time over the next year! However, you must sign-up for their email club and be confirmed at least 24 hours before your birthday to ensure eligibility. If it is after the 24 hours you will receive a birthday coupon for the next year.
2. Buffalo Wild Wings (Sign-Up)
Sign-up for Buffalo Wilds Wings Blazin Rewards to receive a free snack size wings for your birthday!
3. Qdoba (Sign-Up)
Qdoba offers a BOGO burrito deal for your birthday when you sign-up for Qdoba Rewards.
Free Dinner on Your Birthday
Who needs a hot date to pay for your birthday dinner when you can get it for free? In all seriousness both of these restaurants are amazing and the best part is each of their birthday offers does not have to be used exclusively on your birthday.
1. HuHot (Sign-Up)
You will need to join HuHot Rewards at least two weeks prior to your birthday in order to receive your free birthday grill meal. Information on the timeline of your birthday reward should be included in the emailed coupon. Download the HuHot rewards app for easy access. In addition to the birthday promotion, you will earn 1 point for every grill meal purchased. When you earn 12 points cash them in for a free grill meal using your app!
2. Benihana (Sign-Up)
When you sign up for Benihana’s rewards program, The Chef’s Table, you will receive your birthday email the Wednesday of or before your birthday. You will have 29 days to redeem the $30 birthday credit from the date the certificate was issued and it can only be used during dinner hours, Monday through Thursday. 3. Texas Roadhouse (Sign-Up)
Texas Roadhouse’s website does not specify what their birthday promotion includes, but I believe I have received a free appetizer in past years. You also will receive a free appetizer when you initially sign-up for their rewards program.

Bakers Square has a long time birthday freebie of a slice of pie, no purchase necessary.
3. Coldstone Creamery (Sign-Up)
